Don't need to explain the situation. The attachment says all

Fast help would be much appreciated, want to get back folding again!

Have you restarted the computer if so you might have to reinstall the folding program, that happens to me once in a while.

Try running the console without service mode to see if there are any problems with that. You'll likely need to create a new shortcut with the -config flag to tell it to run without it being a service. Post back your results.

He's running the console version, but in Service mode. Go through the config and turn it off as a service, reboot, config to run as service again and you should be good.
