Default What does this error message mean?
This thing keeps poping up and it keeps going in numbers such as #2 #3 #4 #5

Exactly.. It's failing to connect to the server's to aquire a new WU..

Ensure you have proper connectivity and are not blocking the attempt via firewall or ip blocker and retry.

Yeah it means theres something thats not allowing it to get the proper WU work. You might have a firewall or something thats causing this.

I personally say no but I'm not behind a proxy that it would require the IE settings for only my firewall and I have proper rules allowing traffic for the process.

Now at work I am behind a corporate firewall/proxy so I setup the proxy and username/password in IE and say yes to this config that way it doesn't error out or I have to provide credentials -- they are supplied in the proxy config.

Basically when it asks IE settings it's taking your proxy settings from IE you may have configured.
