Suse 10.2 supports my super generic wireless keyboard and mouse. Maybe yours needs a special driver?

VMware does not support wireless, SUSE does. Its a VMware thing.

Another thing for someone of you who want to do this but do not want the gb's used by Suse or the ram choose other and text mode. As all text mode will be is a giant client that uses way less resources. I just tested it with the 8gb and 300mb ram but am going to redo it with 2gb and 192mb of ram instead.

EDIT: The lowest I got text mode was to 1.5gb and 100mb of ram. Which is much better then 8gb and 384mb of ram

Can someone help me with the F@H install? I'm getting a message in the terminal saying permission denied when i type: mkdir /folding/.

Anyone know what i'm doing wrong? TY

I cant get online in SUSE, since my onboard doesnt work im using a pci ethernet card and it wont detect it.

this is because your not admin or somehting
so swith to root and you will be allowed.
you can switch to the root terminal by clicking on session and then on new root shell. then you have to enter you root password and all your other stuff and you will be ready to fold!
