Default Restarted WU

I'm currently working on a 5000 frame gromacs core.
My comp got locked up this morning when it should have been close to completing this WU after about 60 hours.
Now after i had to reboot it started the same WU over and it is taking me 30 min. per frame???
I havent changed anything and my time for one WU went from 3 days to 104
Anyone field this question for a rep?
i dropped my cpu down to 3.5Ghz since im running 24 hours a day.

generally when a system crashes or locks up like that the folding client cant shutdown correctly and save where is it was. because of this it starts over from the beginning of the WU. sorry i dont know why it is running so slow.

btw i would get a new PSU, that might be why it froze. i doubt a 400w ppsu could power that system very well.
