You download the F@H client, right click, go to configure settings, configure your settings, apply the settings, minimize, done.

I just downloaded the programs and installed it and everthing but what is it and what is it doing is it just runing lab test and then sending back the info or somthing.It kind of makes me fell all fuzzy inside.Also is there going to be a hole lot of my CPU power tacken up.

It does some stuff to whatever those things are (proteins? I don't even know!) and then sends it back and it continues in a loop. As for CPU usage, it uses up any free power it can so your CPU will always be at 100% load.

/edit Yes the "big DNA" thing is what it's working on.
