ok gentlemen, i'm thinking of using my laptop to fold also. question is, which do i choose to run? i want to get the best production out of the laptop, so help me out, which one do i choose?
laptop info: dell inspiron 6000 (1) celeron M cpu, running @ 1.3 (2) 2 gigs of ram (3) windows XP 32bit thanks

Just keep an eye on your temps. Most laptops are not designed to be run @ 100% all the time.
__________________I tried running it on my Laptop, but when temps hit and stayed @ 78°C, I took it off.

Yea, they run hotter by design, but I was just not that comfortable running that hot all the time.
__________________The Athlon XP-M in my laptop has a max temp of 100°C also.

Yeah I used graphical on mine. Watch it though, because I had a celeron in my sister's laptop and it loaded at 88c when folding.

The thermal specification on that cpu is 100c. I would say keep it under 85c if you run it 24/7.
