i'm pretty sure DDR2-667 can run just fine in ddr2-800 boards. (i know,as i've done ddr2-533 on my P5N-E SLI)

Here is a suggestion , the 4coresata2 (Asrock) have limited OC 2.81 on my E2160 stock
and also take DDR , DDR2 ,AGP and PCI-e at the same time !! and will take a quad!! 37.50 (open box at the egg) that 151 roughly less shipping.They have 20 dollar x700s also

Sorry for the lack of info thus far...
Proving to be a pain in the...well you know... I have to reinstall Ubuntu and it's not liking the CD, making a new one now and get back to #1...Praying all goes fairly smooth then I can move onto #2-#4... Slow but sure...I promise I'll have something soon...God willing...
