I'm running bal3wolf's distro now and FahMon sees it fine. About the same efficiency as the last image, but the memory footprint is smaller, so that's good. Running about 9500PPD now. Thanks all!

once i do this am I suppose to do anything with the vmware player? or does it just keep folding after i typed in "ifconfig"?

yup just switched to it from SUSE about an hour ago
EDIT: It seems to be a network issue with my main rig. My other computer can see everything on the network but this one likes to be a pain!

Seems to be working even though i'm using NAT? ;l
__________________At first I got this and I didn't think it was working correctly -   After it did a couple more percent it seems to be working fine now ;l -   Is it because i'm using workstation?

NAT is what i have always used (and what you need to use if you want to use two machines for a quad).
