New 64bit version works fine although you don't need

cd ~/Desktop/GUI-FAH-Installer Arch doesn't use sudo by default and I think I mistyped the pacman command  it should be Code:
pacman -Sy lib32-glibc

Thanks for the correction in the pacman code.
What does the -Sy do? I google searched the command I keep finding the pacman -S lib32-glibc but none with the "Sy" What do you mean I don't need the directory change? The GUI-FAH-Installer folder exist already because you put it there when you extracted it from the zip right? I think you're thinking of cd ./Desktop/folding which wouldn't exist yet.

pacman -S program name just installs the program
pacman -Sy synchronizes the local package database with the remote repositories and then installs http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Pacman I extracted the archive in my home folder and opened my terminal inside that folder it creates. It was/is late and I failed to take into account not everybody will do that so just ignore that comment.
