Default Problems Folding!

OK well I downloaded the text based folding client and then set up a team because I want to start one with some friends. Anyways I open "FAH504-Console.exe" or just the main client and set everything up with user name and and team number... It downloads something and it's successful then it got stuck on:

[12:31:12] Completed 0 out of 500000 steps <0>

I let it sit for about 15 minutes thinking that my weak system (Check sig) was the cause. After 15 minutes I close it and open the "FAH504-Console.exe" again and it goes to benchmarking and blah blah blah and AGAIN I'm sitting at:

[12:59:45] Completed 0 out of 500000 steps <0>

There are also a bunch of icons and folder and stuff on my desktop I don't want.. Can I delete them all besides "client.cfg" (All my details) or should I make a folder and put them in it?

Thanks so much!

~Blank!~

You should delete everything except the .exe. Then put all of that in a folder of your choice and go again . Make a shortcut to the .exe for ease of use.

Those files will be created again inside the folder. Those files are there for the program .

And being stuck at that...that's fine. That means that its working.

Having two posts on the same issue won't help things.
You should keep posting in the original post so people can see what you've been going through.

BTW, are folding from your desk top?
As said, it should be in a folder on the C:
No programs should be run from the desk top, nor should files be stored there.
