this n00b again

well i just installed the GPU client

and i always wondered why, it says core not running and it always stays at 20mins remaining when i put my mouse over the icon it says "xxxx/25000" completed.

i don't think it's doing any work.

when i try to load it on the FAHmon, i can't find it. there is no folder called application data under the users folder. so i loaded this folder: C: drive\ Documents and Settings\(user name)\Start menu\programs\Folding@Home-GPU and it says N/A on FAH mon

what's going on?

3) If you're running x64 OS and have more than 3GB ram installed but windows is only reporting around 3GB, Go into your bios and enable Memory remapping.

From what I've read, you need to enable hidden files. The application data file is hidden.

test protien A is kind of like a demo, check on it in a little bit. You may still be downloading a work unit.

Test Protein A means it's not working on a WU. Check the connection settings and see if it'll download a real WU.
