Default expected PPDs for 8800's

well i just installed a 8800Gs folding gpu client. of course on a rig with an 8800.
so i was wondering, what is the expected PPD for this card? because FAHmon is telling me 1289.

personally i think that's low. that's about PPD level of a quad on SMP.

it's clocked at 604/849/1510

actually if you have an 8800 card or a 9600 card can you please post your PPD

2) The 8 PIN power connector on the MOBO is 2x 4pin power connectors combined in parallel to draw more power safely. 1x 4pin power plug will work, but you should think of an upgrade.
3) If you're running x64 OS and have more than 3GB ram installed but windows is only reporting around 3GB, Go into your bios and enable Memory remapping.

I'm getting 4.7k on my GTS, but keep in mind that I'm running dual instances of VMware SMP on my rig as well.

Running naked I get almost 5.8k.

Is there anyway that you can overclock that proc. I am thinking that it might be a bottleneck to the GPU and it's folding power.

i can OC it a bit more, but i had to take it down for temperature reasons.

once i acquire a better HSF i can OC it a bit more. may be i'll upgrade my AC7 to a xigmatek or something, then put the AC7 on the E4500.

but im saying does GPU client need that much feed?

i didn't 'mention i have two text only consoles running at 80%.

but my basic point is, shouldn't i be able to get more PPD with the 8800, or is it Really being bottlenecked by the CPU. may be it will help if i turn off the two text clients?
