Default F@H Vista 64 SMP Stability

I have been running the normal graphical CPU client along with the GPU2 client for a few days, no hitches. CPU usage is usually around the 60%. Temps hover at around the high fifties, sometimes lower sixties, with a spike or two to 65+, 67 max. The temps do not really bother me that much, as this proc is rated for 71 degrees.
So, if I decide to run the SMP client (I much prefer the thought of the Windows version, not the Linux shell setup), should I expect any stability issues? Higher temperatures? Program slowdown?
Finally, will the SMP client coupled with the GPU2 client have issues? Will my PPD increase running the SMP client plus GPU2 over the normal client plus GPU2?
Keep in mind, this is my main rig, so it is used quite frequently. I want stability.
Thanks

Well I have been running SMP only for he past year or so and I don't see any issues. It only uses the CPU when it's "idle" so you can do whatever you want with the rig while FOlding.

I've DLed and installed Softs, Updates, transferred huge (60GB) file packets over the network, used CAD, gamed, watched streaming media and stored media whatever you would normally do.

It loads up the rig 100% which is not an issue if you have it tuned for stability in the first place.

I guess the PPD is higher...but lately with the 2665 WU from hell it would be hard to prove

SMP is running stable.
I have 5.92Beta6 running on Vista x64.

Only problem I had so far is that it kinda stopped working after finishing a WU.
As "Will end MPI now" loged I had to end it (CTRL+C) and restart it, to make it continue.
Lost me some work time when I was sleeping that moment ;o)

I think it only happened when I said the affinity to 3 Cores in the Task Manager.

If your running windows, you shouldn't have a problem running 1 instance of SMP + GPU2 at the same time. I'm doing that now, on my sig rig. I'm currently getting 6000 PPD on this rig.
