Ok an easy way to eliminate the 24 hour wait period for the "EUE pausing for 24 hours" problem.

This is courtesy of F@H forums.

I have used this a bunch of times and it never fails.

First, navigate to C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\Folding@home-gpu



Locate the que.dat file, delete it completely



Locate the Work folder



Delete the CONTENTS of the folder

Now, quit your GPU folding, and restart the client.....and just as John Madden says "BOOM!! Toughing acting...." wait we aren't curing athlete's foot, just the "folding foot"

you are back up and running again!!!

Too many folders Can't look at without commiting suicide.

Pun not intended, as I am talking about his desktop.

This is the folding forum bud. It refers to the GPU2 client.

I just restarted the client and it got rid of the EUE wait time...

Ah, I've run into this error now and it's really bugging me. I've tried this method a couple times and it hasn't worked. I've tried it in the Documents and Settings folder as well as my Program Files folder.

I haven't tried uninstalling and reinstalling the client yet, but that's probably what I'll try next. It's strange as it reports the work units as being completed, but doesn't credit points. I'll try when I get some time.

This problem should have been fixed. I have not had this happen in weeks. I am gunning GPU2 24/7.

I get that sometimes, and all i've done is shutdown the client and started it up again, and it starts...
