I love mine.But i wish i would have held out for the GTX260 216 (out now)or the
GTX260+'s(55nm core) thats coming out soon

If you mean gaming then you are wrong A GTX 260 is roughly 44% better than an 8800gt @ 1680x1050 resolution.

EDIT: I added the spreadsheet I computed this with the other night to determine price vs. performance for my next step-up, for some reason I didn't save after figuring out the average % increase across all tests and games, and honestly it was too much work to do again. I don't enjoy my calculator that much! But you can clearly see in gaming it crushes the 8800gt. These benches were taken from the latest reviews of the GTX 260 core 216 @ 1680x1050. You can view them here and here.

Folding is another matter entirely I don't know why you would mention SLI but I had to intervene here!

I think the BFG GTX 260 216 Maxcore will be a great upgrade.
