That folder is gonna be friggin awesome! Can't wait to see the finished product.

I just bought one of those cards from TigerDirect in the US

http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...445&CatId=3585

The box was identical to yours and this is what RivaTuner tells me:
192-bit G92 (A2, 96sp) with 768MB DDR2

Fahmon says it was getting ~2500-2600 ppd @stock
Oc'd to 648/1674/540 and pts went to ~3100-3200
I'm using a pciex16 1.0 slot (don't know if it matters or not, does it?) It's in my sig rig. Sad to say my CPU might be hindering my progress...P4 But that is with the 180.48 driver. Gonna go get the .60 driver now and see what happens. GL

Would this be plausible? You would have to reload everything after the power was turned off but that shouldn't be much of a problem with a 24/7 folder. I doubt that you would fold any faster than using a hdd but then you would only need a usb drive to load your OS and software. Interesting...

only problem is that RAM is volatile memory, and in the case of a power outage, or another event where the machine loses power, it also loses its folding place I suppose. I plan to either use a mid sized USB stick, and load an OS and the clients on that, or find a cheap SATA HD, and do the same...
