one fell through, the other, I haven't heard a response from... and I come from Canada, newegg.ca overcharges for everything here, and has no P6N diamonds in stock, not to mention they never have the same selection of open box items... but thanks for trying. newegg.com also has the P7N diamonds for $127 open box.

Just ordered a P6N diamond off of the evilbay, couldn't figure out how to get MS cashback working on it either, so payed about $150 USD, which is still cheaper, converted then it is to buy one here...

I'm a little late to the party here, but would an A64 X2 4600+ with a 7600GS be adequate for Folding or no? (Or should I think about trying for one of those 9x00-range nVidias?)

for folding farms most of us use ether 9600gso's/8800gs's or 8800gt's/9800gt's

Ok, color me a noob but why those particular cards? Does it have to do with the PhysX enhancing folding rates?

physx doesn't enhance folding rates.

9600GSOs are the best bang for buck folding cards. that is why those cards. that and if he decides to upgrade, he can still sell them to someone with lifetime warranty because of XFXs double life warranty.
