Neweggs only 96 sp card left on the site. $109 though. specs doesnt show its a 96 sp but i got one and it is {verifed with gpuz and rivatuner.}

There are two version. One is from 8800GS, 192bit interface, G92 with 96 shader units. Another is 256bit interface, G94 with 48 shader units GDDR2/3 ram. The 384MB (192bit) 9600GSO is better. They are from 59w to 70w. Very nice.

You are right, I looked this one up on other sites and they list it at 96 sp.

Try the FS threads on OCN otherwise Ebay would be good too. Make sure you get the 96sp ones the48sp ones are crap.

I saw a few go for $65 shipped recently.

Tiger Direct has some:

XFX 768mb F4tality ed. 9600 GSO
XFX 9600 GSO 768mb

then they're here at nextdayPC too.

nah i got 1 in a x16 1.0 and 1 in a x16 1.0@1x speed and it doesnt hurt for folding.

Definately do not get it if it does not have 96 SP's.

The 96's Sp's is what makes this card a good folder. NVIDIA recently skimped these cards down quite a bit, so just verify it has 96 sp's before buying
