Default just start folding

Okay I just start folding on GPU. Now I want to know how fold on my CPU (which is a quad).

How do I get get folding to get faster on my GPU? Does memory or core clock help speed it up?

I think for the GPU, shaders have the most effect on folding performance. As for your quad, get the SMP client, there are instructions in a link next to the download link I believe.

If your feeling ambitious you could try vmware running two instances from this guide. http://www.overclock.net/overclock-n...ntu-guide.html

It will add a couple hunderd extra points vs smp.
