So This is a super tempting offer, thats a lot of money. It wold allow me to sell my 260's buy a bigger PS and buy 3x 285's... But Then I wouild miss EVGA hitting top 10. Something I have been working twards for a long time.... Also I just want to make note that I have not reached my MAX PPD. I could get about another 100,000.

But if I came over here. I say that you would not want me to be a dush and just leave back to EVGA so how long would i need to keep folding for you after I wone?

Is it sad that I just realized why the bounty is the value that it is?

Like, I know it's a weird amount of money, but I figured some people just dug through their couches and cup holders in their cars and whatnot and were like, nah, let's not round the value or anything.

But now... I get it.

LOL, All you EVGA guys are always welcome here! As for the bounty, Come on over and grab it! what's stopping you? And When you get it buy a bunch of GPU's to farm on when the blades are gone. OR give it to evga members in a giveaway!

It's all for the cause and ADMIN is Supporting Folding (Without corporate backing) AND I for one am highly impressed with his incentive as of late!

$377.26 => Team 37726.

Anyway, I want to start folding a lot more, which is why I'm building a dedicated folding rig. Isn't much (GTS250, 8800GT, 8600GTS, E2180), but it will give some ppd.

I'm still living on campus, and will be here for a few more years, so I want to take advantage of the free electricity/internet

Although I'd love to see the look on administrators' faces when I'm pulling more energy than the library.

I don't get why that would bother [PI]

AND [PI] I have been folding since day 1 and still do not put out the ppd you will with that setup! SO don't think it makes no difference!

Can't wait to see you join us!

First of all, welcome to Overclock.net!!

I think what admin was implying is that rather than having a powerhouse change his team to ours for 37 days, claim the prize and then go back to their routine, we'd much rather have someone with these capabilities that is dedicated to folding as well as Overclock.net. I know you're with EVGA and you've been with EVGA for so long, but if you're going to enter the competition and go for the gold, please consider continuing to fold for this team and become an active presence in the Overclock.net community.

Nitteo, Knitelife and soon to be others from our team would love to give you a run I'm sure. I have no doubt that any of you guys have what it takes to win this.

I thought you were being forced to take your F@H clients down? Also, how would EVGA respond to you leaving their team for over a month for this to fold for their biggest competitor? They might not be too happy with you leaving, helping us and then going back. Just a thought...

Whatever you choose to do, good luck.

Everyone says nitteo and knitelife have this in the bag...but i'm thinking once Mmansueto comes online he might take the crown....he wants to get 25-30 GX2's if i'm not mistaken, IIRC he has 15 on the way.
