OT: No, they were incompatible with the board, I was only ever able to get one running at a time, but I've got an upgrade in the mail that will solve my problems

mine used to run at ~60 with 100% fan speed, but if it is all stock, there might be something wrong, you may consider RMAing it.

I think RMAing it is a good idea im pretty sure those aren't supposed to get that hot.

System is open case with only one GPU card!
What is wrong with it?
How hot can the GPU sustain without melting?
If it's new, I'd recommend RMAing it. Has it always ran at this fan speed? Reseating, as others have mentioned, seems a good option if you've had the card for a while now.

P.S.: It might help in the future to have this info filled out.

It's eVGA, it's got a lifetime warranty, and even if you try and reseat and that doesn't fix it, they'll still warrant it. They're one of the few companies that will tell you that you can water cool, change the stock fan/hsf, and still be warranted.

I have the card for a while, maybe 6 months or more.
It has been running high 95C long time ago. This time it hits over 100C.
The fan does not seem to have any real dust on it. The fan is pushing a lot of air out, i can feel it rushing out.

I have seen 100C at times when there was not enough air flow. Removing the cover helps quite a bit. Also, the GPU will thermal throttle at 105C, so getting it hotter than that will be pretty difficult since it will drop down to bootup speeds or something like 400/800 until you reboot.
