Default New To Folding (Team 37726)

Hello everyone, I'm semi-new to Folding@Home, and I had a couple of basic questions:

1. While running the console version of SMP CPU folding for my Core 2 Duo (Deino, if it makes a difference), I was wondering how I could access the Advanced Options again to change settings without interrupting my current WU.

2. Also, is it possible to run both an instance of GPU2 folding on my ATI 4850 and my current SMP client without interference?

I read through the FAQ and everything I could before coming here, I just couldn't seem to find the answers to these questions. Maybe I overlooked them, who knows...Thanks in advance!

Sorry for the confusing post, I meant running one GPU2 client as well as one SMP client at the same time on the same rig.

that shouldnt be a problem, i did it for a while on my e8400 , but make sure u set ur affinity to each core , 1 core for smp and 1 core for gpu, cause ATI like to have one core for it self

What exactly do you mean by "set your affinity to each core"? Sorry if this is a stupid question, I'm not really up to date with all the Folding stuff yet, haha.

Just set up the SMP
Go to your GPU2 client.
Configure
Advanced -> Set core priority to slightly higher.

Enjoy
