Submit Suggested Threads to be added to Essentials Thread
In the next couple days we are updating the Folding Essentials Thread. There are many guides in the forum that are not listed. If you have any recommendations please post them here.

The new Notfred's thing is more geared towards Non-Farmers. The whole USB flash drive setup is kind of scary for first time Vmware users and they shouldn't really be using it.
The Switched to NotFred's Thread is much easier to understand/use and people get help in there just like Error10's. It might need to be renamed, but it's a great guide (I sigged it).
