From my experiments, no. However, there apparently is a way to do it that was discovered in my thread trying to get it work. Let me grab that for you...

oh i already use multiple monitors so all i have to do is connect the second monitor to the second card instead of having both on the same?

If you are trying to use them all in SLI you need to add -forcegpu nvidia_g80 after the -gpuX flag. It should look like this "C:\xxxx\xxxxx\xxxx -gpuX -forcegpu nvidia_g80".
