[Official] October Foldathon
Why
Since many of us can't afford the electricity bills that come with folding 24/7, this is a designated time when everyone can fold and make their contributions felt in a big way. When Starting October 14th (Wednesday) at 1pm EST and continuing until October 16th (Friday) at 1pm EST. (That's 12pm CST, 11am MDT, 10am PST, 5pm GMT) Sign-up Sign ups will end October 14th at 1pm EST. Please enter your name into the form. It will not show up in the spreadsheet below until manually checked for accuracy. Please enter both your username and folding name. It is CASE SENSITIVE! Once you sign-up this month, you will not need to sign up again unless you don't fold during the Foldathon. Prizes The prizes will be awarded by the amount of points we reach in the 48 hours. There will be new prizes for every 1 million points (see prize structure). Winners will be drawn at random from all those on the sign up list below. Even if you complete just one work unit, you'll still be entered to win. Each item on the list represents one drawing for one winner.
