Default These PPD's about right?

Ok just wanted to check if these are about right PPDs.

PS3 - 800-1000 PPD (I know this is about right, and plus there is nothing a can change just thought id add it in :P)

CPU (one in sig) - 341.24 PPD

GPU (one in sig) - 3221.13 PPD

Do these sound abut right or not? Im pretty new to folding so not too sure if this is good or not? Im using FahMon to track them. Also if im running the gpu and cpu at the same time will one of them suffer or...? My cpu cores are changing between about 30-80% load

EDIT: If my cpu is supposed to be only around 300 ppd and i cant get it higher i dont think ill bother with it. Just fold on ps3 and gpu in pc.

Are you running any Virtual machines on your CPU (quad core)?
If not, everything looks fine.

Like said above, you will get much more PPD in your CPU with VM. GPU sounds about right.

That quad-core could probably get higher in VMWare, almost 2-3k PPD I'd bet.
