Idk if this even something I would be allowed to suggest, but I know back on a car forum, we had a member who had some major expenses they needed to cover for medical bills and we had a auction/fundraiser thingy...

I think enough people on this forum know and love val that perhaps it would be something that we could do for her!

Not to mention if we lose val's farm, evga will move further out of our sights

This. Also, Val said she would have to probably sell her computer. That just sucks. I think it would be nice if people could donate enough parts to put together some sort of rig so that Val could at least get online. I already pm'd her about this and will be donating a 7750, ma770-ud3, and 2 or 4 gig of ram.
I am hoping a few more can step up and donate the rest - hd, psu, case and gpu.

well, one thing is that computer hardware loses value over time so selling this stuff now would bring in more money than it would in 6 months.
...Although unless there is a whole lot to sell, I can imagine not much more than 2 or 3 hundred would be lost from selling later.
