As the title suggests, I'm looking to boost my PPD some. Problem is, I can't really OC my GPU, because it' hardly stable on stock clocks
Although it seems to have calmed down with the artifacts.Back OT: Any easy ways to boost PPD that doesn't involve OCing?

You can't do anything else with what you already have.

In most cases, that decreases your PPD.

Most cases? I don't think so.
Follow this. http://www.maximumpc.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=92133 Just make sure to give your gpu higher priority then the vmware client.

wrong
right folding via vmware gives you quite a boost in PPD. (if you have a quad core)

Ok, I may be wrong, but the OP reveals that he has an E6600 (stock).

He would simply need to put his GPU clients on a higher priority than the vmware client. The two GPU clients will run at around 100% still but the vmware client will suffer. It doesn't matter because the vmware client is extra ppd anyways.
