Default Vmware Problem

I have vmware downloaded and the folding portion of it. I have vmware start it and then what? How do i input my settings and make it run on 3 cores?

It entirely depends on what image you are using, although the actual command to run fah is ./fah6 [commands]. Which are you using?

It was just FOLDING@HOME image i found with a guide but i am not sure how to get this running right

Why not just link me to what i need and let me know what to do. I want to get folding for our team but having such a hard time with it.

I can't just link you to what you need because I don't know what you need. I assure you, I would tell you if I knew, I'm asking because your posts are too vague for me to give an answer to, and nobody else will be able to help either unless you show us what you are talking about.

I can't 'let you know what to do' either, because there are lots of different folding images.

Where is the guide you used?

I personally use SniperXX's FAH image.

It's pretty straightforward, everything you need to know is in the first post there.
