Ocing does help, on your GPU the higher the shader the better...STABLE of course hehe...

On your CPU as long as it's stable Ocing higher is better...

I'm getting ready to download the program to fold@home, but it gives me two options:
"Windows XP/2003/Vista
System tray client installer with viewer "

or

"Windows XP/2003/Vista
Console client only zip file (with Windows-service-install option). "

This may be a dumb questions, but what's the difference? Please, help.

From http://folding.stanford.edu/English/Download#ntoc4:

Quote:
The Console client runs in the background and is launched from a terminal window (command line i.e. DOS window), to which they output text messages about the simulation's progress. The graphical clients (former GUI or current System Tray) run in the background and has a graphics window interface that allows you to see the protein being simulated.
