yeah I see that now. It had been running for half an hour with no change in eta but its down to 2 days now.

It depends on your system specs and the exact WU you were assigned. Generally, most WUs are done within two days on reasonably good systems. There are a lot of smaller WUs being assigned these days that take half a day or less. Once your WU is submitted, your name should appear on Stanford's site within about an hour.

Thanks for doing things in the proper order. It makes update the database a whole lot easier.

I too have joined, although i still am not clear on what im doing, i do see come cool chemical like structure of something on my screen rotating and my cpu usage has skyrocketed ( im still using my only compaq 2170ca notebook till i get the yummy items in my systems spec list ) lol looks coool trying to remember from chem class, i think the red atoms are oxygen? oxygen = good. :P

At this time, the folding application is single threaded, so you'll need to run one instance of the software per CPU core to push things to the max.
