On my computer, even when I'm not doing anything, F@H only uses around 50% on each core. How can I up this?

I've got a spare 7300LE lying around, it would be pointless to let it fold, wouldn't it ?

Is it even possible by the way ?

Do you have FahMon installed? If you set them up correctly you can use FahMon to monitor the status of your clients. You can get FahMon here. There's a guide for setting up FahMon for gpu clients here.
