how do I fold with hyper threading
i know its some command but i forgot

Uh, you can fold using HT, but you have to run 2 F@H apps (you can also just run 1). Just install the non-graphic one (console one) and make it to a new root folder. Run that, and you have 2 programs folding. This will give you about a ~30% boost.

As wowza stated, you get about a 30% point boost running two cores, but it's not good for the research. Please read the folding on Hyperthreading computer FAQ linked in my sig for more information.
