Never end the process from task manager unless you feel like going all your frames again.

I mentioned this a while back, but everyone thought it was okay. It does erase all your work done on the particular WU you're chewing through.

Thats why if you run it as a service you should create .bat files in your windows folder so you can just press Windows Key + R and type the command.
