I want to know the best bandwith rates settings for low bandwith and can i change something more in this server cfg to make lag free server!

I only know some of the stuff, but the others seem foreign to my eyes
I think it's good enough.....hehe

I think thats all players can do to make themselves lag free is
rate, Cl_cmdrate, and updaterate
