why not OCN members with a certain amount of posts (100+)...
as rep would be for helping the community - but what if the "to be " player was the one that needed help...but in all is a good gamer.

Giving people reserved spots will be more trouble than its worth, the only people that could possibly need one would be a in-game admin. You give one person a reserved spot, then you have everyone else wanting one. It's a 32 slot server, just put your steam thing to auto-join it when a spot is available. You should just be happy that there's actually a problem with people not being able to join because its too full. Two weeks ago there it was hard to find a time when there was a single player on it, let alone a full 32.

All you can do is set your steam to auto-join the server when its full, maybe someone will leave and free you up a spot. Although I am very happy to finally see our TF2 server with players on it, or full for that matter.
