Fix Arena mode on OCN TF2 server.
I'd like to play a few legit games of arena where people don't respawn

IMO it's fine the way it is. Respawns actually make it more fun, as you don't inadvertently sideline the newer/casual players and make them spectate for most of the match.

I like arena play a bit. But I HATE the respawns. There is ALWAYS somebody camping the spawn, and it gets rather old. Can we just pull the arena maps off the server then?
