Now that school's started for me, I can barely keep up with updating the server, monitoring/moderating the server and my daily life. That being said, I will be relinquishing my title as OCN's TF2 Team's Head-Captain [not my position as a gameserver mod]. I'm looking for someone to replace me.

The position is open to anyone.

Things I'm looking for-

• Experienced TF2 players, a person who has a definite understanding of the inter-workings of TF2 gameplay and match play
• Someone who has an understanding of leagues, and their rules
• Someone who is willing to commit time to the team
• Someone who can enforce the rules of practices, to create a better team cohesion and a better team professional mentality.

Please, send in your resumes. A short one paragraph PM will do just fine, illustrating to me why you'd like my position, what you would do for the team, with the team.

What do I get from becoming team captain?
That's it. You will not get admin privileges on the server, but you will be in-charge of the team, it's practices, it's setting up of matches.

EDIT: Also, you/OCN/decision makers might want to consider making the head captain a temp mod or something. Who wants to try and setup game and run games, only to not be able to cause they got no permission? Just my $0.02
