Yay I made the team, Now what?:
You will be expected to show up to practices, PUG's, and scrims. We will make set practice days and time, you will all be notified accordingly.
Mics are required. You will not be starting unless you have a mic and OCN vent access. We will be using vent for everything from now on.

Tags:
If you are a member of the team you are expected to wear " OCn// " in front of your name. If you are not on the team we ask that you please not wear these tags, these are for members only.

All team members will be getting a invite to the group, if they aren't a member already. We will schedule practices via the group, set reminders, etc.

What! I'm not on the team!!
Sadly we cannot fit all the members that expressed interest in joining. This doesn't mean you'll never get to play with us as a team though. We've had several matches against EVGA's forum which are open to anyone in our community. And we also do play Highlander matches, which we will most likely open up a couple spots for the community to fill also.
Besides those, we also hold "PUG" games often. This is a great way to get experience and see first hand what the play style is like. If you'd like to join become a member of our "OCN PUG Group" on steam.
If you think you are just an outstanding player, and play one of the main classes used in scrims, then get a hold of me via PM or Steam and we may be able to discuss something.

We came to the decision of these members because they are;
A) Active within the OCN TF2 server
B) Have shown they have the time to make practices/PUG's/ Scrims
C) Have shown a baseline knowledge of how a scrim style match is played
D) Have shown they are a team player
E) Have shown they are polite and respectful of other team members
F) Have shown they are better then your average player

Now let's all get out there and show the world what OCN is about.
