Default ram timing

i just wondering how Far to push the timing on - ( Corsair TWIN3X 4GB (2 x 2GB XMS3 PC-10600) DualChannel Kit DDR3 1333 CL9 - 9-9-9-24 1.65v Heat-spreaders). At the moment got it stable at 7-7-7-20. But it doesn't seems it has improved performance.

Lower clocks and timings. If you hit a wall you need to try other options.

Well you have AMD so lower clocks are better within reason. You say you get no better results? You have good timings. Is it possible even though you don't BSOD that your RAM is not working well? Try slowing down or upping the timings how does it do? If it does the same or better then your results are of no benefit. Run bandwidth benches.
