I was scowing the craigslist near me and I discovered an 8800gt (PNY 512mb) that comes with a full cover waterblock for 100$ (I was going to try to talk him down if I got it)

Right now I have an 8800gt 256mb that managed to get me 1 hardware cup bios modded so I was debating if I should try to go sli and go for another cup if all possible. The thing is with having a 256mb card and a 512mb card exclude me from the 256mb 8800gt category when posting w/ gpu-z and vantage's results

I know the 512mb will only use 256 mb but if it takes me out of the running because of a technicality then it's not worth the money and trouble of bios flashing and or hardware voltmodding again

any ideas?
