Hello.

How do you take a pic and make it into an avitar. you know make it small enough etc?

I just use a photo editing program. if you have one, do it through there.

I use Photoshop 7.0, but there are some small photo editing programs for free at download.com. You can use Windows Paint, but it doesn't look as good and sometimes a pain in the a$$!

If you have any problems with it, send me pic and I can shrink it down for you. I don't mind at all.

You can do it with MS paint by stretching and skewing. You just adjust vertically and horizontally a lower percentage until its small enough.

is there any way i can shrink a .gif down to 100x100 pixels? ive used several programs but all of them save it as one pic when i get it down to size.
