It's time to bump this up. Please be aware of the reminder that's stated in the first paragraph - the TOS and the clarifications presented in this thread apply to ALL Overclock.net resources. Chat in particular has been an area that a lot of members have been taking too many liberties with and are then surprised when they receive a warning or infraction.
