I just wanted to let you guys know that we are still making progress with making the Overclock.net browsing experience as enjoyable as it once was. Here is what we are working on:

• We have added a cron job to sync server times on all of our servers to alleviate time slippage that was occurring. This should rectify the login, post time and post order issues.
• We have further optimized our Database server
• We have reorganized our infrastructure plans and will be adding a 2 x Quad Core Xeon-based machine asap. This change means we will not be using our previously ordered servers. The new order should be placed tomorrow.
• We are going to be changing the "Latest Discussions" list to update every 60 seconds to assist with load for the time being. The "Live" page will still be available.

As a result of the new infrastructure plan mentioned above, we will not only have a faster surfing experience, but our search will be upgraded to allow for 2 character minimum searches! I for one can't wait for this
