Default Themed Builds Section Added
Members and staff have wanted this for a long time - so here it is!

We have added the Themed Builds section which contains a HTPC, Silent Computing and Server forum. Please suggest any others you would like to see.

I don't think there is a need for a "Specialty Builds" section...that is almost a case mod. And we have a section for that.
