Overclock.net welcomes representatives from notable companies pertaining to the performance computing industry to participate in the Overclock.net Official Hardware Rep program.

The program allows Hardware Reps to maintain a post-sales support-focused presence within one of the largest performance computing websites on the planet.

As part of the program, Hardware Reps will receive an account upgrade including postbit badge to identify them as such with members.


What's allowed:

• Posting of press releases in designated forum
• Overclock.net exclusive giveaways
• Reactive post-sales support

What's not allowed:

• Advertising
• Proactive marketing of products to members

There is no charge to apply for or become an Official Hardware Rep. Simply send a PM to the Overclock.net General Manager (Taeric) with your full contact information.

That would be awesome if we got like an EVGA or Sapphire one. However i don't think Intel would want to give free stuff to overclockers, they don't like us

what do you mean they don't like us? we buy their stuff and we put it at the top of the charts, and help them prove that their stuff is the best, even if its for a split second or two... as long as it benches, boots, or POSTS, that's proof... plus we know what we're getting into when we void or warranties with lapping, mods, changing out coolers, water cooling, phase, DICE, LN2, etc... we know the risks, and we take the chance for the RUSH!

@ Taeric, are you actually aggressively trying to recruit them in any way? that might be helpful, or at least sending them some material so they're aware... I know we have a crucial rep... but are there any more?

I don't remember an XFX rep, but there's a Crucial one (Sam@Crucial) that gave away some ballistix last thanksgiving. Haven't seen him since though

And intel doesn't like us because they're against overclocking.
