I have noticed that a lot of the staff is a little younger than I would expect, but I have also noticed that they still do a great job. Younger is probably good, as they don't have to worry about careers, mortgages, kids, etc.

I'm glad this is being seen to. The current setup is somewhat confusing, Its hard to tell who has what powers where - this should be much clearer for all concerned .
