I have read all the post above mine... and I think "finished or completed" work should work fine but why have to be an essential rule for MOTM I think if you nominate a work the modder will be more interest in finish the work previously started... Most of the modder here have been here for about a year or more... some of you including myself start from the ground no concept no idea no nothing - I make 5 case mod last year who nominate my work before or after they were completed? nobody did... so we keep nominating the famous guys but about the new modder... this's a new year so I expect to see new modding project as well... and this is getting to long to read... so let this be the MOTM of the new modder... I think motivation and participation should be a priority... invite ppl to vote... let them know what going on the forum... make this forum the best ever...!!!

While i agree that a finished/complete mod would look much better than an unfinished one. the project should have atleast been started. in essence, i would agree with OC'ing.

While i understand masb, that we tend to vote for the more well known modders around here but there haven't been big names in the past 2 months or so. not that i can remember.

the best example is curly's Snow Razor. It's a good idea and i love his creativity BUT in the end, its a [Plan] not a [Project]. i'm not bashing him or anything as i love the plan so far but its not a mod just yet.
