Default Overclock.net Hats Update

As many of you know, Overclock.net is in the midst of producing new branded clothing and gear. What a long and painful process it has been. The quality in which most work is done is astoundingly poor.

Last time we produced hats (many years ago) we scrapped them before they went to market due to poor quality. So this time - we brought the project to one of the top hat makers who are taking on this project for us.

So far, they have emailed us one image of a prototype and I would love your feedback on it. Obviously the image quality is very poor.

My initial feedback is:

1) The border around the wordmark looks spotty and inconsistent
2) The flame on the back of the hat is HUGE and needs to be much smaller
3) We may need to simplify our logo (less colors) in order to make it look amazing. I am considering this as well as a lot of brands do this.

Thanks!
admin

:::EDIT:::

They are FlexFit hats and come in two sizes: S/M and L/XL. The sizes are as follows: S/M 6 3/4” - 7 1/4” L/XL 7 1/8” - 7 5/8”

A smaller flame is about my only suggestion, and you already noticed that.

I think they look quite nice.

Ditto. It might also be a bit more fashionable if you changed the front graphic to just be the flame and "ocn" as well.

Honestly, the entire overclock.net graphic, in this instance on the hat, is kind of cheesy.
