I'd vote for either Autism Awareness (daughter is Autistic) or MS (which I have) but, while every cause is worthy, it may be better to find a cause which doesn't get a lot of PR or visibility and see where we can help.

this whole idea is amazing
i love it

here is my suggestion
shriners hospitals for children

http://www.shrinershq.org/Hospitals/Main/

taken from that website
Quote:
Shriners Hospitals for Children is a one-of-a-kind international health care system of 22 hospitals dedicated to improving the lives of children by providing specialty pediatric care, innovative research and outstanding teaching programs.

Children up to the age of 18 with orthopaedic conditions, burns, spinal cord injuries and cleft lip and palate are eligible for admission and receive all care in a family-centered environment at no charge – regardless of financial need.
my 5 year old niece goes there every 6 months to get surgery on her back and she will continue to go until she is fully grown. she has scoliosis (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scoliosis) and has two metal rods in her back and every 6 months they make them longer for her so she can grow with her back straight.
